i3200 U1, A1HD, and Spectra 256-30: Matching UV Printheads With Ink and Pump Systems

by UV Inks Editorial Team 20 Jun 2026

The June 20 Search Console data for UV Inks included i3200 printhead, epson i3200 printhead, epson i3200 u1 uv printhead, 256-30, gravure ink pump, transfer ink pump, centrifugal ink pumps, inkjet ink filter, eco solvent ink, solvent ink, uv inks, mimaki txf300 75 dtf printer, and vacuum pump for printing. The pattern is clear: buyers are comparing heads, ink families, and ink movement parts in the same session.

That is the right instinct. A printhead choice is not complete until the ink chemistry, pump design, filtration, cap system, and substrate workflow are known. The same word i3200 can appear in different printer designs, and a Spectra-style 256-30 head belongs to a different hardware conversation entirely.

Separate the i3200 variants before buying

The i3200 printhead and epson i3200 printhead signals led to multiple products, including the Epson i3200(8)-A1HD Printer Head, the Epson i3200-U1 Printer Head, and the Epson i3200-E1 Printer Head. Those suffixes matter. A1HD, U1, and E1 should not be treated as casual substitutes.

Before ordering, confirm the printer model, ink type, board support, cable set, waveform, channel layout, and maintenance station. If the machine is built for UV, an aqueous or eco-solvent assumption can lead to expensive failure.

Spectra 256-30 is a different platform decision

The 256-30 signal pointed to the Spectra Emerald QE-256/30 AAA Printer Printhead. This is not an i3200 variant. It is a different printhead family, and the surrounding electronics, ink delivery, mounting, and service process should be evaluated separately.

When a buyer compares 256-30 with i3200 searches, the safe answer is to step back and define the machine platform first. A printhead is a precision component, but it is also part of a mechanical, electrical, and fluid system.

Pumps and filters decide whether the head is protected

The gravure ink pump query led to the KHF-10 compact ink circulation pump, while transfer ink pump, centrifugal ink pumps, and vacuum pump for printing point toward the suction pump collection. UV printers need controlled movement of ink and waste fluid. A weak or mismatched pump can make a good printhead look unstable.

The inkjet ink filter signal points to the ink filter collection. Filtration should match ink chemistry, flow demand, fitting size, and service interval. A restricted filter can starve the head; a poor filter can allow contamination downstream.

Keep UV, eco-solvent, and DTF workflows separate

The same data also included eco solvent ink, solvent ink, uv inks, and mimaki txf300 75 dtf printer. The eco-solvent ink collection and the Mimaki TxF300-75 DTF printer belong to different workflow decisions from UV ink. They should not be mixed into a UV printhead installation without confirming the printer was designed for that chemistry.

For a UV printer, ink choice depends on curing lamps, adhesion, flexibility, white ink circulation, and substrate behavior. For eco-solvent, drying and media profiles dominate. For DTF, film, powder, curing, and white ink management dominate. The hardware may look similar from a distance, but the maintenance logic is not the same.

Use the collection only after narrowing the platform

The all print head collection is useful after the printer platform is known. It should not replace platform identification. Start with the machine model, then head family, then ink chemistry, then pump and filtration design.

  • For i3200: verify exact suffix, board support, cable, waveform, and ink type.
  • For 256-30: confirm mounting, electronics, ink delivery, and service requirements separately from i3200 assumptions.
  • For pumps: match circulation, transfer, suction, and waste movement to the machine design.
  • For filters: choose chemical compatibility and flow capacity before focusing on shape.
  • For ink: keep UV, eco-solvent, and DTF workflows separated unless the machine manufacturer supports the conversion.

The best printhead order is the one placed after the ink and fluid system are understood. That is especially true when the same search session contains i3200, 256-30, pumps, filters, UV inks, eco-solvent ink, and DTF equipment.

What is Lorem Ipsum? Why do we use it? It is a long established fact that a reader will be distracted by the readable content of a page when looking at its layout. The point of using Lorem Ipsum is that it has a more-or-less normal distribution of letters, as opposed to using 'Content here, content here', making it look like readable English. Many desktop publishing packages and web page editors now use Lorem Ipsum as their default model text, and a search for 'lorem ipsum' will uncover many web sites still in their infancy. Various versions have evolved over the years, sometimes by accident, sometimes on purpose (injected humour and the like).
