Printhead Price Is Only the Start: i3200, Kyocera KJ4A, Ricoh Gen5, and Toshiba Compatibility Checks

by UV Inks Editorial Team 15 Jun 2026

The June 15 Search Console data for UV Inks grouped several buying signals around printheads and ink systems: epson i3200 printhead price, i3200 printhead, kyocera kj4a, ricoh gen5 printhead, toshiba printhead, uv ink, uv inks, dtg ink, eco solvent inks, centrifugal ink pumps, and filter machine ink. Price matters, but those searches show a larger decision: the printhead has to fit the ink chemistry, pump behavior, filtration, and printer platform.

A printhead bought only by price can become expensive quickly. The safer approach is to compare the head family, intended ink, ink path, maintenance parts, and real output requirement before placing the order.

i3200 price searches need exact variant checks

The queries epson i3200 printhead price and i3200 printhead pointed to both the Epson i3200-E1 Printer Head and the Epson i3200(8)-A1HD Printer Head. A buyer should not treat those pages as interchangeable. The suffix, board support, ink type, waveform, cable, and channel setup all matter.

Before comparing price, confirm the machine model and current ink chemistry. A head that is correct for one eco-solvent, DTG, or UV platform may be wrong for another even when both searches use the word i3200.

Kyocera KJ4A is a production decision, not a casual swap

The kyocera kj4a signal led to products such as the Kyocera KJ4A 0300 Printer Printhead and the Kyocera KJ4A-AL Printer Printhead. Kyocera heads are often considered for industrial output, but the correct model depends on resolution, ink type, drive electronics, and mechanical mounting.

If the existing printer has flow instability, do not assume a new KJ4A-style head will solve it. Check ink filters, degassing, pump consistency, and maintenance routines first.

Ricoh and Toshiba searches need platform context

Searches for ricoh gen5 printhead and toshiba printhead should be handled through family-level comparison. The Ricoh print head collection, Toshiba print head collection, and all print head collection help buyers narrow the model before price becomes the main discussion.

These industrial heads can be excellent choices, but they are not drop-in answers for every printer. Confirm mechanical fit, board compatibility, ink chemistry, and service access before purchasing.

Ink chemistry changes the printhead decision

The same GSC data also included dtg ink, eco solvent inks, and uv ink. Those are different workflows. The DTG ink collection, eco-solvent ink collection, and UV ink collection should not be evaluated as one general ink category.

DTG ink has textile and white-ink handling requirements. Eco-solvent ink is usually tied to vinyl, banners, decals, and outdoor signage workflows. UV ink depends on curing, adhesion, substrate surface, and in many systems, white ink circulation. A printhead must be selected inside that chemistry, not outside it.

Pumps and filters belong in the price conversation

The signals centrifugal ink pumps and filter machine ink show that buyers are also thinking about the parts around the head. Review the suction pump collection and ink filter collection before assuming the old ink path is ready for a new head.

  • For i3200: confirm the exact variant, board, cable, and ink chemistry.
  • For Kyocera KJ4A: check mounting, resolution, drive electronics, and flow stability.
  • For Ricoh and Toshiba: match the head family to the printer platform before shopping by price.
  • For ink choice: separate DTG, eco-solvent, and UV requirements.
  • For pumps and filters: verify flow and filtration before installing a high-value head.

The lowest printhead price is not always the lowest production cost. The better purchase is the head that fits the ink system, the printer electronics, the maintenance routine, and the work the shop actually sells.

What is Lorem Ipsum? Why do we use it? It is a long established fact that a reader will be distracted by the readable content of a page when looking at its layout. The point of using Lorem Ipsum is that it has a more-or-less normal distribution of letters, as opposed to using 'Content here, content here', making it look like readable English. Many desktop publishing packages and web page editors now use Lorem Ipsum as their default model text, and a search for 'lorem ipsum' will uncover many web sites still in their infancy. Various versions have evolved over the years, sometimes by accident, sometimes on purpose (injected humour and the like).
